Question about Garmin Index S2 Smart Scale
Hey, what are your experiences with the scales in terms of body fat? Are the values measured by the scale congruent with reality? Thanks for your feedback🙏

No, not really, but you can calibrate the scales, i.e. enter your muscle mass and body fat percentage, and the scales will then work with these values. I calculated the values on the Internet using certain body measurements, e.g. abdominal circumference etc. calculated.
If even the bone mass fluctuates every day, depending on the total weight, i.e. also depending on bowel and bladder filling, then the value should not be taken particularly seriously. It's just an average value, calculated from height and weight.
