Thank you for your question. As already answered by Reni1957, the only difference between the Rooomba Combo j7 and Roomba Combo j7+ is the suction station.

Roomba Combo j7 comes with a normal charging station.

Roomba Combo j7+ comes with a CleanBase automatic suction station, which is also used as a charging station. Thanks to the CleanBase, you don't have to empty the dirt collected by Roomba into the dust bin yourself. Once the bin is full or at the end of each cleaning, the collected dirt is automatically vacuumed and transported to an anti-allergen dust bag.

The CleanBase with dust bags was developed especially for allergy sufferers. When the dust bag is removed or replaced, it closes automatically and can then be disposed of. This way, you do not come into contact with pollen or allergens, unlike when you have to empty the container yourself (for example, with the models without CleanBase). These are anti-allergen dust bags that seal out 99% of allergens.
