Hello, Would the fact that it is close to the GPU of an rtx 5090 increase the temperature of the graphics card? Or is it just a good air flow that makes the difference? Thank you

The components won't heat up on contact, it's just a question of airflow. Be careful that the Noctua doesn't push air onto the GPU but if it's fitted and equipped correctly it's OK.
