Would it work if I put on the Nzxt Kraken X53 Rgb the two Rgb fans of it, rear and top, and put the 2 that were pre-installed rear and top on the watercooling?

Should actually work. However, you should bear in mind that the pre-installed fans are NOT PWM and therefore do not rotate too high.

Furthermore, I would recommend you to buy a 280 AIO, as it cools much better than a 240. (Of course, this also depends on the application and CPU).
