Hello, When I gave this digital picture frame to my wife for her birthday, she lives in an EMS where there are 2 WiFi connections that work well with her tablet and my mobile phone. I had a hard time connecting the frame to one of these WiFi connections. In fact, it absolutely won't connect, I've tried everything, restarting, changing the connection, etc. The WiFi connections are well indicated but.... WiFi connections are clearly indicated but... nothing works. A permanent message in the top right-hand corner Connection status: WiFi connection required, Type to connect... I type and nothing but a title in the top left <- Web connection and blank screen... I'm very sad because sharing images of grandchildren are important to my wife. Do you have a solution? Hello, the tablet belongs to my daughter and we had the same problem. We wrote to Galaxus. We sent it back to the technical department and they decided to change it. The new one worked for two months and is now stuck on a photo. I'll write to Galaxus again. Sorry, I can't help you.
Have you tried a reset? I thought I saw a small opening where you can push in a small needle.
