According to the specifications and from product reviews I have read on the C640, the differences are mainly in the connections. The L13 has more of them built in (HDMI; SD card reader; 2x USB-C; 1x USB-A); moreover, the stylus is included and even housed in the case, which is not the case with the C640. Furthermore, the L13 has a better keyboard with the Lenovo-typical TrackPoint navigation nipple in the middle. The speakers are also quite different. On the L13 they are on the bottom, on the C640 they are next to the keyboard (which presumably sounds better).
