We like this smartwatch very much, however we cannot manage to add contacts of friends by shaking the watch. Or is this not possible with two different TCL models (MT42X and MT40X)?
It is possible to add a phone contact manually, but it is not possible to write with this contact in the chat.

This is not working for me, either. I don't see any Bluetooth setting in the app or on the watch for the MT40x

Both watches must have Bluetooth activated for it to work.
