Hello The brush on my new Dreame R 20 cordless hoover does not rotate and the LEDs on the nozzle do not light up

Then something is wrong. It looks as if the nozzle has no battery connection. But is it running otherwise? Maybe plug it together again, otherwise it's a warranty case.
