On LCD panels there is motion blur and/or jerkiness when the camera moves horizontally.

What about this Sony TV?

It appears in Dolby Vision mode, but if you adjust the settings manually, can you still get a sharp, jitter-free picture?

If you mean juddering with content at 24fps, as occurs with feature films, I have not yet noticed this with the A95L. The TV has good setting options to minimise any juddering. The test from Rtings might be able to help here. They have a separate category for this.

If turning Dolby Vision on blurs the motion slightly and turning it off removes the blur, it may work this way,
