Hello My question is: Is it possible to remove the duplex clip on this cable to swap the two fibres at one end ? fibres at one end ?

I just had a quick look. It looks like the two conductors are installed in individual plugs. The duplex clip (I understand, the clip over the two plugs) cannot be removed without destroying the clip. Presumably it would work eventually, but then the clip will no longer be usable. In any case, a choke.
