Question about Arendo Kettle 1.7 l, 2200 W, stainless steel & glass with tea strainer, tea maker, temperature selection

Hello, only the inside of the lid is plastic, otherwise there is no plastic where the water runs through. I am very satisfied with the kettle and recommend it to others. I can't report anything negative so far and I've been using it almost every day for 3 months now :)

I am completely satisfied with the kettle; it meets my expectations.
The only negative point: limescale forms quickly on the hotplate; it needs to be descaled about 1 time per month.

Hello, I can confirm that the inside of the lid is plastic. I think the heating rod is made of silicone and the upper part of the handle is also made of something that is neither glass nor chrome steel. However, no water gets there. I am extremely satisfied - it heats up quickly and is relatively quiet. I think the tea insert is great! Best regards
