Hello If I have understood correctly, the fan comes from the outside of the housing? can i move it in the height that it is under the GPU? or is that no problem if it is above?

Yes, the fan is attached to the outside of the housing. You can move it slightly in height, depending on how it suits your setup. It makes the most sense under the GPU, but it's also no problem above it.
