Question about Corsair Crystal 280X TG

Hello! I would like to use this cooler in this tower https://www.digitec.ch/fr/s1/product/be-quiet-pure-rock-2-1550cm-ventirads-processeurs-13453234 It says on the Corsair 280x that the max height for the cooler is 15cm Would that mean that the Be Quiet cooler won't fit if it's 15.50cm? will it touch the panel glass?

Yes, it will at least touch the glass, maybe won't event fit at all. The maximum height is always the actual maximum height, not even 1mm more.
