I turned my iphone into the cradle today, but the iphone did not snap into place, only the inner part twisted crosswise.
Now I can no longer bend the iphone into the cradle.
Who can help me to bring the inner part back into the original position?

You can turn it with a pair of pliers or the counterpart is included in the package with which you can try to turn back the rotating part. Greetings Marcel
