Hello I have seen that the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro is available second hand, does anyone know if Davinci Resolve Studio (the editing program) is included? Or is there any way I can contact the seller via digitec? Because I didn't find anything there, otherwise what is the best way to contact support? Many thanks for help Greetings Luzian

Every Blackmagic camera comes with a key for the Pro version. However, this is bound to an account when it is activated. If the previous owner has used it, it cannot be used again. To find out about this, you need to contact Digitec support.
Otherwise, the programme is also available as freeware. It includes a relatively large number of functions and is more than sufficient for most people.

Customer service can be reached at digitec@digitec.ch. They also answer reliably.
The fact that you can't contact the sellers of the second-hand goods directly here is one of the biggest flaws of the system and an absolute no-go for me.
