I have just received the Motorola TLKR T80 set, but I can't find how to insert the batteries. I have unscrewed the screw at the bottom of the back but then I'm stuck. Is it necessary, by the bar strap lower, pulled strongly so that all the black part is detached? How much force should I use? I have tried, but nothing happens.
