Question about Dreame R20
Hello, I have a problem with my Dreame R20 hoover, which I bought just over a year ago. The trigger no longer triggers the hoover, if I press the buttons on the screen everything works correctly, it charges, no specific icon on the screen, no overheating, no lock mode activated. Is this a known problem, or a warranty issue? Thank you in advance for your replies.

If it's under warranty, don't hesitate to send it back. I had several problems with my first one, the suction blocked, the turbo mode switched off straight away. It was replaced and since then it's been all good.
