I have a Lenovo Yoga 520 and it came with a (sticker says) ThinkPad Active Pen (1) which unfortunately does not work. I have already done updates for drivers and reboots, but nothing works. Unfortunately, I can't find a solution to the problem online either.
In the device manager, it says HDI-compliant pen and Wacom Device that both devices work perfectly. Unfortunately, the pen does not work... I'm running out of ideas. Can anyone tell me how I can "activate" this pen? My LapTop is a B-ware. Could it be related to this?

Notebook is definitely compatible with this stylus. Are the batteries fully charged? If both were bought as B-ware, you cannot rule out the possibility of a defect. If the device was purchased from us, you are welcome to contact our customer service by e-mail or phone, and we will check :-)
