Hello I am lifting an HP - Compaq HP 17-by0219ng. There is already an 8 GB RAM installed by the manufacturer. Is a mixed allocation possible with this product? So that it is 16 GB in the end? Thanks

It should work, almost certainly. However, you would also like to ensure dual channel. Use CPU-Z to determine exactly which memory latches have been used so far. Then you can buy the exact same ones or those with identical values.
