Hello, How do you offer a voucher to someone? Is it a voucher or a gift voucher?

The voucher is a gift voucher. You can purchase it from your own customer account, and once the order has been placed and paid for, a PDF file will be available for download in the "Gift Voucher" section of your customer area. You can then print this document and give it to the person of your choice.
