Question about Pioneer AVIC-Z830DAB

Hello, How do I get the navigation to work? When starting up, it wants to have the licence conditions accepted. "Normally" you have to scroll down to the end and then you can accept or not. ONLY in my case, both are highlighted in light grey, can NOT be scrolled and can therefore not be confirmed. It MUST be running in the background, because it shows me the correct road and speeding correctly! What is wrong here?
