Hello, For out-of-warranty servicing and breakdowns, can you tell me what to do from Switzerland? Does Galaxus take care of this?

I contacted Dreame to ask them about the warranty and after-warranty service and here are their answers:

Thank you for contacting Dreame.
We have received your request regarding after-sales service and we assure you that we will do our best to help you.
Please note that we do not have a repair centre in your area (Switzerland) but when you buy the device from our official shop on Axxxxx, we offer you our after-sales services depending on the problem whereas if you bought the device from an unofficial distributor, you will have to contact them directly for help.
If the appliance is no longer under warranty, we will not be able to provide you with after-sales service, and as there is no repair centre in Switzerland, you cannot even send the appliance in for repair, unless you bought it from our official shop. We will do our best to find a solution for you at that time.

So, if I understand Dreame's answer correctly, if I buy a device on Galaxus and it breaks down just after the warranty period, it has to go in the bin?
