Question about Synology Ds718+
Hello Does this disk station come with the Active Directory package? If so, has anyone had any experience with it (or a similar disk station)? Kind regards

Syno itself comes with a directory service (as an optional add-on). However, this is only a directory service (central logon server) and does not offer any further features of Microsoft's Active Directory such as group policy and the like.
I haven't used Synology's service myself yet, as I have my own AD server, so I can't give you any more details. However, I hope that this will help you.
