Question about Dell XPS 13 9300 - BNX93003

Hello, Dell advertises that they build Linux compatible hardware. Has the notebook been tested with Ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04? I would actually like to get the device without Windows, is that possible? Thank you for your answer
