As far as I know, there would be sourcing options in the USA:

But I would understand if you shy away a little from the uncertainties of trading with the USA in these times :-)
I could at least imagine that the CPU would not sell so badly, assuming a reasonable value for money.

I was able to carry out a search and we do not currently have an Ampere brand CPU in our range. I have also checked a procurement and unfortunately we currently have no corresponding purchasing options. If and when they can be offered is unfortunately not foreseeable at the moment.
