The Dreame X50 Master is specially designed to be operated with a direct water connection. If you don't want this, you should opt for a different model.

The X50 Master needs the connection, that's its unique selling point. And I think it's great. The other Robbies have their reservoir in the towers (ultra complete), so you have to do it yourself regularly.
