According to my understanding, this is not possible.
It is true that the Bosch device works with Zigbee 3.0 as well as Philips Hue.
To operate the Bosch, you need the Bosch Smart Home Controller or its successor, the Bosch Smart Home Controller II.
In principle, this is the same as the Philips Hue Bridge.
I have therefore distanced myself from the Bosch product in the end.
As an alternative, I would recommend the Shelly Plus 2 PM.
However, it works with WLAN and not with ZigBee.
For the time being, this would mean that you would have to control the lamps and such via the Philips Hue app.
And the blinds via the Shelly app.
But maybe you have heard about the new standard Matter [https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki...)].
Philips has promised to roll out Matter compatibility by Q1/2023 via firmware update.
Shelly has promised to roll out Matter compatibility by Q2/2023 via firmware update.
After that, you can control it with your phone's smart home app
- iPhone: HomeKit
- Android: Alexa
- Samsung: SmartThings
I myself am a fan of Home Assistant (https://www.home-assistant.io). I have it running on a Raspberry PI 4.
You can do almost everything with it, but it also requires some training and advanced technical understanding.
