Hello Can anyone perhaps help me? I started up the W2 Pro Omni today. I got the error after a short time: Winbot got stuck. Each time it got stuck in a corner at the top. In between it worked perfectly. Have any of you also received this error message?
Hello, I had exactly the same problem, the solution in my case was to make sure that the wipe was not too dry. I suspect that when the wipe is dry, the resistance when rotating (when it reaches the top edge of the window) is too great, causing the appliance to switch off.
1:1 the same problem. Have you found a solution in the meantime? I'm getting desperate.
I have the exact same problem with a brand new Winbot Pro. After the first 90 degree rotation at the top of the window, the error message appears.
