It does work, but I personally find 8 GB RAM a little tight. It also depends on how complex you want to edit videos. Only editing or do you want to generate high-end videos with effects, music and so on. For the latter, I would definitely go for at least 16 GB RAM. More is always possible - but the price or the price-performance ratio of this model is still TOP.

Hello we use this laptop in a tv studio for video editing. but i would advise you to take the one with 16GB. we have no problems with this device.
