I also decided in favour of the Gigabyte X870E Pro. Just make sure that the RAM is on the compatibility list and install the new F4 BIOS. And don't install more than 2 x m2 so that the graphics card has the full PCIE lanes available.

I have the "AsRock X870E Taichi Lite" - for 2 reasons:
- It is the only X870E that has 6 SATA-III interfaces
- "Lite" because I don't need an LED
