I am not 100% sure if it is compatible.
ThinkBook Yoga integrated smart pen is certainly compatible. If you want to try it you can buy the Digital Pen 2 times. I have mine connected via Bluetooth and it works fine. But I have a Thinkpad Lenovo Yoga. I don't know what the exact difference is to the pen software.
