Hello, we wanted to use the Winbot W1 Pro for the first time today. Everything is connected, including the power supply. Unfortunately, the display (at the on/off switch) is permanently red and the power button at the front also flashes red. Message from the robot: please connect to power source. But have we.... what is wrong?
You have to wait until the battery is fully charged, but it also says so in the app
I have the same problem after not using it for a while. Very tedious.
Same problem, bought 3 years ago, used 2 times without problem. Hasn't been used for 11 months and now, when I connect it, a red light flashes with an annoying message every 30 seconds asking you to connect the cable to a power source, which you do but it doesn't change anything.

Same problem, bought in the summer of 2022, used a few times and it was great, not used any more for 9 months and now when I turn it on, it's flashing red light, and every 20 seconds this message asking me to connect it to the power source, which is done. Left overnight without the slightest change.

i have the same problem. the appliance has already been repaired once because the nozzles on one side did not work. it took several months to sort it out. now the appliance has been unused for about 11 months and now nothing works. it wants to be connected to the power supply. customer support was no help either. bad brand, poor quality, wasted money and time.
