Hello. It is quite possible, as long as the talkies are set to the same frequency.
This model, only allows you to choose a frequency, and no sub-frequency. But if you set all the talkies to the same value, it works perfectly. I personally use them in conjunction with higher end models. The small ones for children, and the large ones for adults.
