In my case, you can set the following, among other things: Time / date, admin, user and hard drive password, boot order, graphics card modes hybrid, discrete, USB load modes, Wifi on/off, etc.... This is already somewhat limited compared to my desktop PC. Some of these settings can already be adjusted during operation by a Lenovo tool.
Maybe you should ask specifically what you want to do in the BIOS/UEFI, then they can give you specific information. I work with an operating system and not with a BIOS, so I have no idea what might be missing. Most things are overwritten/managed by the operating system anyway. I can, however, add to the above list: UMA Fram Buffer Size, AMD V Technology, BIOS back flash, Fool Proof Fn Cntl, Always On USB, Charge in Battery Mode, Disable Building-in Battery, Flip to Boot, Instant Boot, Advanced thermal optimaziation, Restore Default Overclocking, Administrator Password, User Password, HDD Password, AMD Platfoem Security Processor, Clear AMD PSP Key, Device Guard, Secure Boot, Reset to Setup Mode, Restore Factory Keys, USB Boot, PXE Boot to LAN, IPV4 PXE First, EFI. What exactly are you missing here?
