Hello together Is it normal that you can only set the bass to 3 levels? Even on low the whole flat shakes and makes it impossible to watch a movie at night without disturbing the neighbours....

Hello, I have 5 levels of bass control. This should be obvious from the bass button. The instructions say 1-3 normal and 4-5 high.
