Table, 34"
Hello Together I would like to buy a table mount for 2 27" monitors However, I have a glass table which is approx. 2 cm thick. 3 panels glued together Does anyone have any experience with this? The clamp under the table should not go more than 5 cm into the inside, because then the frame comes in. Does anyone have a tip or experience? Kind regards
The bracket may only go 5 cm inside? That is not enough.
I had mounted the bracket with 2x 27`AOC monitors, just on a wooden table.
In your case, the thickness of the glass plate is sufficient, but what is more of a problem is the 5 cm where the bracket has space.
That is too little, or too close to the edge. The glass has no stability on the outer edge and could break.
I would advise you to build a more stable construction out of wood, which you could then clamp to the glass plate for support.
This way you can get over the 5 cm into the "inside" of the table and the support holds.
I hope I could help you.

I have this bracket and two 24" displays on it. Even with that, the leverage on the tabletop is enormous (solid wood in my case). I wouldn't dare screw it to a glass. But I haven't tried it myself...
