I have had the TV for about 2 weeks now. When I watch Sky via the app (I don't have a TV connection or box), the screen saver comes on after 2 minutes. I can only solve the problem by disconnecting the TV from the mains for 10 seconds. I have read in forums that this has to do with the software.

Does anyone here have a solution?

Hi Lennz, I would update the SW of the TV and maybe also check that the SkyApp is up to date. Greetings Roman
