Question about be quiet! Pure Rock
Hello Together I bought an ASUS ROG Strix GL12CX-CH014T https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/asus-rog-strix-gl12cx-ch014t-intel-core-i7-8700-16gb-256gb-ssd-1tb-hdd-pc-10848837 and the fans are extremely loud. Therefore, I would like to replace the CPU fan. Will this one fit in here? The socket should fit but I'm not sure about the size.

The fan is 15.5cm high. If there is enough space above the CPU socket/mainboard, that should work. If the MB is not yet installed, I would simply measure from the base plate and subtract 1-2cm to compensate for MB and socket.

This is already a medium-sized box. There should be no problem installing it. But the noise, however, often depends on the sound insulation of the box.
Replacing the quieter fan does not improve the problem much.
