I am looking for a system that measures weather data (outside) and room data (inside) and displays it via mobile app AND display, i.e. the indoor sensors. There shouldn't be such a blatant restriction as just three sensors.

Somehow I can only find systems that have a display but no app or vice versa? Do you know of any good ones that can also be operated quietly?

Depending on how tech-savvy you are and aren't afraid to do a bit of DIY, you can take a look at HomeAssistant. You can then use it to put together everything you want.
