Hello together Can this device be used for a 65Ah Start-Stop EFB car battery? This is not clearly stated in the operating instructions. Thank you very much for your help.

Yes, no worries, but if the battery is completely empty, it may not recharge.
I have this model on an RS6 (Audi) which has 75Ah and everything works.

The OptiMate 5 should be used for this.
It says in the title: up to 50Ah.
It probably just takes forever to charge a 65Ah...
