Hello Together Can I insert a 5G SIM card into this thing and work mobile without wifi, hotspot. And if so, can I also use the Surface as a hotspot? Merci for the help, Markus

No, there is no slot for a SIM card. You have to use an LTE stick via USB or your 5G mobile phone as a hotspot.
