Unfortunately, this is not the case :( , the manufacturer's page says "up to 20%", this is mentioned again in Samsung's terms and conditions, the model QE65Q90RATXZG is listed at 15% discount: https://promotion.samsung.ch/assets...

20% discount would be the maximum for larger models or the Q950/900s.
