Question about Rommelsbacher DA 900
Hello This may be a silly question, but who uses the plastic drying grids and mats? Because they can't go into the appliance? Thank you

The are specifically mention for Herbs and things like mushroom pieces that might fall through the wire mesh.
but as said in the other post the plastic grids need to go over the wire rack.
We love the machine - and use it on tomatoes, apples and pears regularly and sometimes with thyme and basil
The plastic grid and the mat are for herbs that would otherwise fall off or for dried food that would otherwise stick to the grid. They are placed on a grid and not inserted directly.
