Question about Denver Frameo PFF-1070B
Hello, this frame is new, it worked for 1 month and now it's stuck on a photo. I've unplugged it, done a reset etc. but it doesn't change anything! It doesn't change a thing!

We also have this problem. From time to time, it freezes on a photo, the time doesn't change any more, in short the screen is frozen. We can't do anything except restart it. Once restarted, it works correctly. But this is not normal.
It was the same for us. We gave the Frameo picture frame to our granddaughter. After about a month, it started to hang up. We took the photo frame to Digitec. They told us that the photo frame would be repaired.
After some time, the frame came directly to us, packed without any fillers in a package that was too big! It worked again for some time until it hung up again, unfortunately. There was also no report in connection with the repair!
