Question about Lamy AL-star EMR 471 (coated/matt displays)

Hello, the Lamy Pen EMR is supposed to be compatible with the Wacom One Pen tablet; unfortunately it is not recognised, nothing happens. The test with Huawei tablet was also negative. What could be the reason? Thank you & VG
