Hello. My motherboard has the usb type A and C gen2 10gbs... my question is, if i connect this harddrive with the thunderbolt 3 cable to the usb c gen2 i wil reach at least the 10gbs?

Or it will ve enought the normal usb 3.1 gen 1 to have the max speed from raid 0? Between 350 and 500 mbs transfer data? If yes, it would be enough one WD MY BOOK DUO right?
