Question about Netatmo Smarter smoke detector set of 3
Hello, I've installed the sensors but I can't connect them to the internet. I split my wifi into 2 with the 2.4 and 5ghz band but it doesn't work. I have Swisscom with fibre. Has anyone had this problem?

I have three Netatmo sensors, so far I have only managed to connect two. Incidentally, the other two only keep their connection for a few months, then they also lose connection. They then have to be reconnected
Solution found: As a first step, please reset your smoke detector. To do this, please follow the steps below:
Place the smoke detector on its wall bracket
Wait one minute (the LED should flash red every 10 seconds)
Remove the smoke detector from its wall mounting
Press and hold the CFG button on the back until the LED lights up blue.
You can then release the CFG button

With the iPhone in the WLAN and want to register the sensor.
Unfortunately it doesn't work.

Do you have a newer mobile phone with Netatmo APP and a Netatmo login?
Mobile phone must be in wifi where it also fits for these sensors!

Log in to the APP and then install the sensors.
