I also had the Pet Tool brush and no 180 degree swivel joint. 
In terms of quality, the Samsung feels much better than a Dyson V7/V11, but the battery doesn't last as long as the V11.

Hi, there are three brushes, including the pet tool in the set I received.
The hoover works very well and makes much less noise than the dyson v8 it replaced.
