Apple suggests the following specs have to be met:

PC2-6400
Unbuffered
Nonparity
200-pin
800 MHz
DDR2 SDRAM

According to the Kingston Homepage the following is the recommended memory for your pc:
Kingston KTA-MB800/2G (1x, 2GB, DDR2-RAM)

Via the memory finder you can verify the selection. Once found, you can simply copy the manufacturer's article number and copy it into the Digitec search bar and you should find the same result as i did:
