hello no not possible unless you are mistaken your ram is soldered so no replacement possible

It is important to identify the often complicated reference of the laptop. I use the Crucial website:
https://www.crucial.com/
You need a reference like (EXAMPLE): ENVY x360 13-ag0000np
Then, you have the information and you order at Digitec :-)
